I saw a Ken Zylla painting and was immediately a fan and began to research his work. He is very good at capturing the American history while paying attention to the machinery of the era. I can almost smell the coal smoke from his steam engine paintings. The Rush Creek trail work is an historic landmark of the snowmobiling beginnings in America. It sure brought back memories for me. Keep up the good work Ken!

I was given a 2007 calendar titled America Remembered. What an absolute pleasure to view the pictures (of yours) of each month!  I am 59 years old, grew up in a small community in northeastern Ohio, and relate 100% with the memories you captured in your pictures.  The detail of each vehicle or object is extraordinary.  Thank you for portraying so vividly by-gone years and a time that seemed less complicated and hectic than today's society.
