Company Policy
1. A 50% deposit is required to book a hunt. No hunts take place without deposit !
2. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred ,however, if the client can find a replacement hunter for the same date/hunt to be booked.
3. The final payment of the remaining 50% is due 30 days before the hunt.
4. No hunt will begin without proper payment.
5. There are no refunds once licenses and tags are purchased. These fees are in addition to your hunt and must be paid to a license vendor. We are a license vendor and will be able to help you take care of required licenses and tags, either through the mail before your hunt or once you arrive in Alaska right before your hunt starts.
